  • Piazza San Marco
    Also known as the Piazetta or Saint Mark's Square is a large, open public square. While in Venice St Mark's is the main meeting place and host to some of the well known attractions in Venice. Piazza San Marco is one of the lowest areas of Venice and could flood during high tides which occur during the winter and early spring.     The beautiful gardens of Giardino Giusti was built in 1580. The garden is one of the finest Renaissance gardens in Venice displaying beautiful gardens, manicured hedges, potted plants, topiary and statues.   • Palazzo Mocenigo
    Was once home to one of the most important families in Venice. This beautiful building houses a modest museum, displaying several clothing items, accessories and furnishings from that time period. The house also displays paintings, stunning floors and large glass chandeliers made from Murano glass. As visitor's walk around this elegant house it gives you  an insight into how the wealthy lived several years ago.
